Sr. Marketing Manager Intro:
The Sr Marketing Manager for the franchise is the downstream marketing lead for all theu00A0 brands within theu00A0 product portfolio. They are responsible for driving the development and execution ofu00A0 strategies for the brands, including positioning, branding, and messaging to ensure an integrated and consistent global brand identity. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to leverage customer insights, market needs, and competitive intelligence to drive long-term business growth.

Sr. Marketing Manager Job Details:
Major duties include:
1. KOL Engagement: Active engagement with to execute brand ambassadorship programs, including contract development in alignment with Legal and Compliance, development of marketing assets with video footage , and coordination of participation at key congresses and standalone internal events.
2. Product Management: Development of new messaging strategies and marketing tools to support regenerative strategy andu00A0 treatment milestone.
3. Influencer Campaign: Execution of influencer contracts and collaboration with agencies and key stakeholders to develop content and related tools. This also includes coordination with the U.S. and other regions for content rollout.
4. Competition Management & Strategy Development: Analysis of competitor data in the landscape to inform the development ofu00A0 marketing strategies and tactics.
5. Brand Protection: Collaboration with Global Legal and regional teams to defend trademark usage and secure trademark registrations globally.
6. Budget Management: Effective investment of marketing and advertising resources to meet strategic business needs and enhance profitability.

Sr. Marketing Manager Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years in aesthetic, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or medical device marketing, preferably in aesthetic medicine, cosmetics/skin care, or dermatology.
- Proven track record in marketing including brand management, creative concept and campaign development, and in-depth customer knowledge in aesthetics.
- Experience in managing KOLs and influencers.
- Strong skills in budget management and contract negotiations with vendors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering trusted results.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English.

Sr. Marketing Manager Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Experience in both local marketing functions and strategic headquarters functions.
- Knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines.
- Additional language skills appreciated.
