About the Position

In this position, the successful candidate will work to support our marketing from a strategic perspective, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining PPI’s brand image. The Digital Marketing Associate will work with the administration, management, and engineering teams to provide updates to the market on PPI’s growth and development. This position will work in both print and digital media to execute brand imaging processes for the company. Position is 4-days in Office, 1-day Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains PPI website including document updates as well as content and webpage creation.
  • Works as a liaison between the Marketing & Engineering departments
  • Evaluates and maintains Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO activity.
  • Updates datasheets including PDF creation and updates as part of the Document Control process.
  • Executes the following according to Company’s print and digital marketing strategies:
    1. Email blasts/Press Releases and Social Media posts including LinkedIn & Facebook.
    2. Manage Constant Contact
    3. Print Advertising
  • Maintains and updates CRM opportunities as the international liaison with PPI Representatives and Distributors.
  • Executes international sample requests.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital and print marketing

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: The optimal candidate should have a high attention to detail, an ability to work independently as well as a part of a team, and a strong sense to drive for results. This individual should also have prior digital and print marketing expertise including:

  • Experience with Wordpress
    • Experience with the Divi theme is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HMTL and CSS
  • Experience within Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Basic web hosting graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
