Schedules operative and regular preventative maintenance of all HVAC and refrigeration and kitchen equipment. Preforms preventive and regular maintenance of all equipment. Adheres to the operations procedures as required by all state and local codes. Maintains a log of all equipment status and inventory of parts and material necessary for repairs. Monitors, trouble-shoots and responds to facilities work orders using the project management system. Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items in guest rooms and public areas. Monitors work load, and advises supervisor of work overload. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Engineering Shop. Prepares daily work forms. Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the Hotel and Casino, identifying potential problems, and resolving same. Responds to maintenance requests and house calls. Maintains Pool and Spa facilities as assigned. Ensures a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls of the company. General Maintenance II is required to assist all specialty craft technicians as needed.
