The Senior Processing Representative is responsible for evaluating incoming documents and inquiries, conducting thorough research, and determining the validity of actions or documents. This role requires developing subject matter expertise across the department to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and regulations.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Dependability and Organization: Must be dependable, well-organized, and a self-starter with the ability to define work scope, tasks, and utilize resources to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Sense of Urgency: Act with a sense of urgency and a can-do attitude to address business needs and accomplish goals.
  • Conflict Resolution: Facilitate discussions and quickly obtain relevant facts to resolve problems effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Anticipate customer needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work varying shifts depending on volume and business needs.
  • Quota-Driven Environment: Must be able to work in a quota-driven environment.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Document Evaluation: Evaluate incoming documents and inquiries, perform associated research, and determine document validity.
  • Compliance: Ensure downstream actions such as check and debit card orders or system blocks are executed accurately and efficiently to maintain compliance with regulatory rules and regulations.
  • Quality Control: Handle quality sampling of new account documents processed in other areas and respond to escalated issues from those areas.
  • Expertise Development: Develop subject matter expertise across the department to apply knowledge effectively in determining document validity.
  • Support and Escalations: Offer support to Branch offices, National Operations, and other special product areas, and handle escalated issues from these areas.

Responsibilities
