We are seeking a Senior BPO Business Development Strategist who will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic development and expansion of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals. Identify and prioritize key market segments and industries for BPO services. acquire new clients by building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitive positioning and areas for expansion. Prepare and present regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and forecasting future sales. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and client interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Proactively address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations. Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment.
