Development of team through observations, coaching and feedback. Analyze results against business goals and strategies, and deliver plans for growth and improvement. High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
