Job Description Summary

The Business/Administrative Analyst will be responsible for providing administrative support for Senior Executives, Project Managers, and other team members. Tasks can include compliance with contract deliverables, internal and external performance requirements, and continual improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for Senior Executives and Project Managers Maintain chain of custody on all documents and follows all confidentiality and security guidelines. Types a variety of correspondence, memoranda, reports, records, requisitions and other office documents from rough drafts, notes and oral instructions Assist with the preparation of proposals, reports, memorandums, correspondence and various documents Perform general administrative and office duties, including calendar management, and other job-related special projects, duties, and assignments, as directed by leadership Assist in data entry and tracking of data Conducts research projects utilizing the internet and other related resources Performs administrative tasks in the editing of new and continuing reports which may be of a highly confidential nature May prepare simple reports or draft routine correspondence Maintains administrative records, ensuring confidentiality and standard filing methodology Uses initiative, discretion, and good business practices Complete assignments in a manner that meets or exceeds the quality assurance goal for accuracy Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/skills

Bachelor’s degree Effective time management and prioritization skills;’ able to work independently and with a team. Attention to detail and the foresight to think and plan ahead Strong analytical skills; possesses and applies problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective and professional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Exhibits good judgment and professional etiquette Ability to plan and manage multiple assignments and projects and adjust to changing priorities Proficiency with MS Office and Excel software Service-oriented and flexible to meet changing business needs Knowledgeable of the federal contract and procurement, and relevant contract and proposal requirements is recommended
