About the team/role
Are you ready to take your email marketing skills to the next level? Join our dynamic Checkr's Marketing team and lead the charge in shaping our email marketing strategy and execution. Your role will be pivotal in driving pipeline and revenue growth for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. If you're a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and a collaborator at heart, we want to hear from you. What you'll do
Strategy:
Develop email nurture strategy to fuel pipeline and revenue growth, aligned to integrated campaigns framework, buyer's journey and ABM strategy
Execution:
Take ownership of email campaigns execution via Marketo, identify A/B testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates, utilize customer data to personalize email campaigns
Messaging:
Craft compelling copy across email (nurture and sales outbound) and landing pages in collaboration with sales, product marketing and content team
Creative:
Partner with the brand team to test and optimize email design, templates and modules, with a focus on improving performance and efficiency
Audience:
Identify and manage target email audience, prioritize email calendar and maintain email database health
Stakeholders:
Collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team to integrate email nurture into the Go-To-Market strategy for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
Analytics:
Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading metrics, build reports, conduct analysis to assess and communicate performance identifying areas for improvement
Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and pilot new tactics to maximize the impact and achieve business objectives
What you bring
4 years of experience in email marketing in the B2B SaaS space
Ability to work strategically and tactically on email nurture
Courage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types
Experience using data and metrics to develop strategy and drive program improvements
Well-organized with great attention to detail
Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Marketo
Strong email copywriting skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences
