Position Summary:

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's compliance initiatives by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on compliance-related activities. This role involves conducting research on regulatory requirements, assisting in the development of compliance policies and procedures, and ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Compliance Manager and other departments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform regular, comprehensive compliance audits to ensure operations adheres to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Assist in the development of new compliance policies, procedures, and training materials related to various healthcare functions

Identify, prevent, and correct compliance issues and suggest corrective measures

Participate and assist during regulatory audits

Institute effective training structures to ensure all employees receive mandatory compliance education

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Healthcare Compliance Analyst or a similar role

In-depth knowledge of State and Federal regulations, as well as other relevant healthcare laws and regulations

Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely

Proficiency in compliance management technology or similar tools

Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
