POSITION SUMMARY As a Commercial Property Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic and operational management of our commercial real estate portfolio. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities

Property Operations: Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant services. Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of property issues. Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify areas for improvement. Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner. Foster positive tenant relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with leasing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants. Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with leasing professionals. Conduct lease analysis, including financial terms and obligations. Financial Management: Develop and manage property budgets, working closely with the finance team. Monitor rent collections, financial performance, and expenses to achieve budgetary goals. Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders. Strategic Planning: Contribute to developing and implementing property management strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for property improvements, cost savings, and revenue enhancement. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations. Coordinate legal matters, including lease violations and disputes, with legal professionals. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with property management, including safety and security concerns. Implement emergency response plans and ensure properties meet safety standards. Collaboration and Leadership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including leasing, finance, and maintenance. Provide leadership and guidance to property management staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
