Job Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions related to payroll and benefits; providing timely and consistent follow-up. Partner with various resources to perform annual carrier audits, compliance testing, and required reporting and filings, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and ACA. Maintain and update HRIS on a daily basis to reflect new hires and any current employee status changes. Maintain data integrity of HRIS through various HR, benefits, payroll and compliance audits through the reporting and monitoring of data input/output. Ensure exempt and non-exempt employees are paid in a timely manner in accordance with company, state, and federal payroll standards. Responsible for day-to-day administration of all benefit and retirement plans for all current and new employees. Responsible for year-end payroll administration, including tax document preparation and reconciliation. Support the annual open enrollment process, including communication delivery, system testing, employee support, election monitoring, and enrollment audits. Primary resource for leave administration. Assist in preparing, reconciling, and submitting for payment, monthly benefit and retirement plan invoices. Qualifications Associate degree or Bachelors degree in a related field. 2+ years benefits administration experience. 2+ years payroll processing experience. Strong expertise in HRIS management. Ability to maintain confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with external vendors.
