About the Role: The Homebuyer Success Specialist bridges our Property Management partners and our Real Listings sales team. Half of your week you’ll be out in the field meeting prospects for the first time while conducting rental property showings; the other half you’ll be in the office nurturing tenant leads who have expressed goals of homeownership. You’ll be the friendly first contact for many future homebuyers—helping them understand their path from tenant to owner and setting appointments with our Realtor team. This is a full-time, salaried position with uncapped commission and clear growth opportunities within Real Listings. Compensation & Schedule: Base Salary: $25,000 – $32,000 (Depending on Experience) Performance Bonus / Commission: Uncapped; Expected On Target Earning: $60,000–$70,000 Year 1 Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) – primarily based out of Hopkins office with Twin Cities field travel required for showings. Mileage Reimbursement: Per-mile for property showings Benefits: Flexible schedule, mentorship, career growth, training stipend for licensing (if needed) Key Responsibilities: Homebuyer Success & Lead Nurturing: Engage with tenant leads who have expressed interest in homeownership through calls, texts, and emails. Qualify prospects, schedule buyer consultations with team Realtor(s), and track each lead through their homeownership journey in the Real Listings CRM. Guide prospects through key readiness steps — including credit, budgeting, and timing — while connecting them with trusted partners such as lenders, credit specialists, and insurance agents to help achieve their homeownership goals. Book buyer consultations with team Realtor(s) and log call notes in the CRM daily. Property Tours: Conduct rental property showing when scheduled on behalf of our partner Property Management company. Summarize common leasing feedback for the Leasing Manager and Broker each week. Collect feedback from other showing agents and deliver weekly rental property reports to the Leasing Manager. Assist with occasional buyer property showings as requested by team Realtor(s). Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or leasing. Real Estate experience or passion around Real Estate Investing is a bonus Must have an active Real Estate License (or willing to obtain within 120 days of hire). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone and in person. Strong organization and time-management abilities. Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving throughout the Twin Cities metro. Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and basic office software.
