As our System Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development process of our current and next generation robotic systems. Guaranteeing that new developments meet our and our customers’ expectations is your responsibility, and you are dedicated to getting the best out of development possible. To do this, you: Verify the development output. Actively collaborate with your development colleagues to optimize the value of testing to the development process. Collaborate with the team on how to translate test findings into the continuous development efforts. Your affinity with the many domains that contribute to an applied robotic system allows you to guide the development team to make the best system they possibly can, both as the most sustainable, reliable and best performing system on the market. Your contribution

In this job, you: Take ownership of the design verification of new Rocsys products. Under your guidance, you and the design team will evaluate the performance, functional and reliability requirements on both component and system level, covering domains such as software, electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, robotics, and computer vision. Take a crucial role in the development within a multidisciplinary team by translating test results into actionable development work. Co-develop and maintain a test suite that covers the testing needs of the Rocsys systems. Own testing itself by; defining the test strategies, refining the test plans, develop the test tools, organize the actual tests, and guarantee the dissemination of the results. Share your expertise and knowledge with other colleagues to further professionalize Rocsys.

What you will bring into Rocsys

You have a master’s degree in technical domain or equivalent skill level; Minimum of 3 years of professional working experience in a similar role; An in-depth understanding of testing methods and procedures; An affinity with a broad domain of technical disciplines; The ability to translate test results into actionable development scopes; Ability to visualize test results in an unambiguous manner to stakeholders.
