About the job

Job Summary (Purpose of Job):

  • CRM Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving customer relationship management systems to meet Clients needs.
  • This includes understanding the business requirements, creating a detailed design, and overseeing the implementation of the system.
  • CRM Solution Architect will also ensure the system is scalable and secure. He/she will work closely with other team members, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the system meets the business needs and is delivered on time and within budget.
  • CRM Solution Architect will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, including their design, implementation, and integration with other systems. He/she will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with department managers to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult with departments on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platform
  • Develop high-level project work plans and manage budgets and scope of work
  • Develop robust architecture design and functionality
  • Design integration solutions for backend services and F&0
  • Identify process improvements to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom codes
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies as required
  • Develop and execute the training plan for key stakeholders on the usage and administration of CRM

  • Requires a good understanding of the distribution business and dealer operations
  • Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Agile development experience.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Sensitive to working in a multicultural environment.
  • Change management skills

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education/Professional Qualifications Required for the Position:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred in information systems, computer science, business-related field or equivalent with 10+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CM or other platforms
  • 5+ years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environment
  • Extensive experience in Dataverse and Power Platform
