This position is responsible for leading a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our production facility. This position will lead a team of sanitation personnel, overseeing their activities, and working closely with other departments to maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with industry standards.

Main aspects of the role include:
  • Lead and guide a team of sanitation staff, providing clear directions, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Set expectations for sanitation staff regarding work quality, safety protocols, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the safety and quality of the products produced.
  • Collaborate with production leadership, quality control personnel, and other relevant departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sanitation efforts.

You

This person must be willing to work various shifts, including nights, as business needs require. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and have additional education or certification in food safety or sanitation. Additionally, strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices is preferred. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
