VoIP Supply, a Sangoma company, seeks a dedicated customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The Customer Care Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Your Role:
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Coordinate any technical issues related to VoIP technology to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal use.
  • Answer inbound customer experience calls and chats.
  • Provide information and or quick issue resolution.
  • Answer inbound customer experience emails.
  • Provide information and or quick issue resolution.
  • Assist sales representatives with customer experience-related issues.
  • Provide information and or quick resolution.
  • Work with other customer experience associates to call each customer to confirm orders and deliver tracking and invoice information.
  • Assist in processing incoming returns from customers and process RTV's
  • Help facilitate technical support requests to vendors/distributors.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management discretion.
Your Background:
  • At least two years of experience in customer service.
  • Prior experience with the VOIP industry is helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong Gsuite skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
