You are the face of our company. We rely on you to provide outstanding service; maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment; stock and merchandise products; and, naturally, operate the register. Essential Functions:Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store Ring customer sales on an electronic cash register Receive cash from customers and give correct change Perform all regular cleaning activities and other tasks that are included on job assignments Rotate inventory using F.I.F.OForecast and stock merchandiseOther duties assigned by managementPhysical Requirements: Sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing and visual acuity.Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).Working ConditionsPerforming various tasks concurrentlyMay inhale gasoline fumes, and handle hazardous chemicals May work in possible extreme heat or cold conditions when performing external dutiesStore will be maintained on a 24 hour basisRequires one employee per shift unless otherwise directed by managementMinimum Qualifications for ConsiderationHigh school diploma preferredBasic math skills, computer skills, and customer service skillsUnderstanding of sound and effective internal control procedures with the ability to devise effective controls through departmental structure and processing of documents.Ability to exercise good judgment at all times, including under stressful, high-pressure situations.Ability to resolve conflict, team building and motivate team members.Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility.Must be able to get liquor license and take the ACE Training CourseMust pass drug screening
