Travel Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Harrah, Oklahoma.
About the JobThis is a 13-week contract position at a reputable skilled nursing facility where expert therapy professionals help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for everyday life.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
- Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
