What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Labor Management Specialist, you are responsible for carrying out labor management tasks for the company in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws. Duties will include, but are not limited to, reviewing and processing agency reports, resolving outstanding shifts in the agency portal, creating new agency profiles, auditing 1099 profiles, processing agency invoices, processing PBJ reports, assist with agency payroll, serve as backup for payroll processing, and serve as back up for scheduling.

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Superior computer skills required
- Must possess strong personal organization and time management, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
