The Marketing Assistant will help with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing.Job: Full timePay Range: $25.50 - $34.50 hourlyTHIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOBLocation: Washington, DCResponsibilitiesSupport the marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiativesConduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends and customer preferencesAssist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for various platformsCollaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentationsCoordinate and assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and conferencesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiativesProvide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
