Job Details:
  • Position: Entry Level Marketing Assistant
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: $34.50 per hour
  • On-Site Job Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and preferences
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing promotional events
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
  • Creative thinking and content development skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
