Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service.
Follow up with warm leads and provide email support.
Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading, research, and mailing.
Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations.
Undertake other assigned projects to contribute to team success.
Requirements:
Computer proficiency, especially with online tools.
Excellent proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Type 40 wpm accurately while engaging with customers on the phone.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred).
Minimum of one year of insurance service experience in a call center (Insurance industry experience a plus).
Good oral and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and customer service skills.
