Healthie is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Marketplace & Growth Initiatives. You will drive two critical areas of our business: expanding our marketplace ecosystem (The Harbor) and building a scalable growth and upgrade engine for our Private Practice segment. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, business development, and growth optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap that accelerates marketplace adoption and creates self-serve growth mechanisms for our highest-volume business line. You bring strong business acumen, experience with marketplace dynamics, and a proven track record of building product-led growth strategies. As the Senior Product Manager - Marketplace & Growth, you will split your time between expanding The Harbor (our marketplace platform) and building scalable growth infrastructure for our private practice customers. You will work closely with engineering, our marketplace business team, the Director of Customer Engineering, and the Senior Director of Revenue Operations to translate business opportunities into scalable product solutions. You will be responsible for both launching new capabilities and optimizing existing flows to drive measurable business impact. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of product and business strategy, has experience with marketplace ecosystems, and brings a data-driven approach to growth optimization. You understand how to balance vendor partnerships, customer needs, and platform economics while building products that scale efficiently. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our NYC HQ The base salary for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year. U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship. About you You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on marketplace platforms, growth initiatives, or self-serve product experiences. You have experience managing marketplace dynamics, including vendor relationships, platform economics, and partner ecosystems. You have proven experience in Growth Product Management, including ownership of trial-to-paid conversion, in-product upsell and expansion strategies, and monetization/packaging initiatives in a B2C or SMB SaaS environment . You are skilled at translating business metrics and growth targets into actionable product strategies and technical requirements. You communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between marketplace vendors, customers, and internal teams. You have a strong track record of using data to inform decisions, with experience in metrics like activation rates, time-to-value, and customer acquisition costs. You are curious about how AI can be amplify growth initiatives. You are comfortable managing competing priorities across marketplace expansion and growth optimization initiatives. You have experience working in healthcare or health tech marketplaces (preferred), or are eager to learn the unique dynamics of healthcare vendor ecosystems. You thrive in ambiguity and can build scalable solutions that reduce the need for high-touch customer support.
