Under limited direction, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to work directly with Internal Sales team to generate new business and increase sales.Provide portfolio advice and guidance on investment products to Financial Advisors in designated territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Assists in all aspects of the sales process.
•Fields incoming calls on available products and services.
•Communicates to Financial Advisors to introduce products both in person and by phone.
•Assists in case analysis, product recommendations and presentation.
•Engage with prospective Financial Advisor recruits visiting Home Office.
•Help with requests from Financial Advisors who need assistance in selling products.
•Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of
•Fundamental concepts, principles and practices of finance, the securities industry, asset management products and broker dealer operations.
•Financial markets and products.
•Company's working structure, policies, mission, and strategies.

•Identifying the needs of customers through effective questioning and listening techniques.
•Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
•Associate's Degree (A.A.) in related field and/or one (1) to three (3) years financial industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience.

Licenses/Certifications
•SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
•FINRA Series 7 and the ability to obtain other necessary license(s) within six (6) months of hire.
