As a Seasonal Server Assistant, you will work closely with our Food Servers to provide outstanding service to our guests. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights, and continual customer contact. Your role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests and supporting the overall success of our restaurant.

  • Assist the Food Server in taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for the next guest seating, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Ensure that all condiments, utensils, and other necessary items are stocked and readily available for guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order delivery and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with the Food Server and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, following company procedures and protocols.
