Purpose: A Quality Assurance Representative I independently inspects a few standardized procedures items or operations. This position involves auditing of quality standards and preparation of reports. Schedule:Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pmSaturdays: Rotational (working every other)**Overtime can be expected regularly, per production need.Training:Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Reviews completed work and administers the company's quality control procedures to ensure all client work is at or above required accuracy rates:Review all scanned documents.Review doc ID and dates for accuracy.Review and log error codes.Make corrections for identified errors.Verify completed work and perform all program checks specified at the beginning and at the end of a job.Conduct auditing of completed client work to check for accuracy.Audit completed work of Quality Assurance Representative I.Complete paper to image audit.Update operators Quality Control reports.Completes QC meetings with team members to discuss and review errors.Reference work instructions as needed.Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.Qualification Requirements -To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:Must be at least 18 years of age.Able to read, write and speak English.Able to maintain confidential information.Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.Must have knowledge of the General Clerk I position.Able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour.Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.Ability to problem solve and think critically.Above average written and verbal communication.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
