Job Description

Identify potential risks that may negatively impact our community and business and drive investigations to better understand those risks Stay up to date on current events and public affairs and develop a deep understanding of how they may cause risk to the company or its users from product, policy or enforcement perspectives Review high distribution content to assess for risky content as defined by Project Managers, Policy, and according to pre-written guidelines Define risk parameters and perform research, investigation, and risk level assessment from ideation to execution Prioritize themes of actionable and persistent risk to help drive product solutions Investigate risky content to determine underlying theme both qualitatively and quantitatively to provide create postmortem risk analysis and disseminate findings to Client in order to refine processes, policies, and identify integrity gap Communicate the results of investigations and analyses with Risk Project Managers, Surface Product, product policy, and cross-functional teams to influence risk mitigation actions and strategy Be the advocate of the user: Surfacing persistent themes to product, policy and operations counterparts Address sensitive content issues, relating to offensive images and writing, offensive or derogatory language, or other offensive or controversial material

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional work experience in a related field, such as consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics Strong experience building and executing sophisticated processes Experience with quantitative data analysis, deep measurable insights, modeling, and test plan design and analysis Unparalleled business judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience communicating data & insights to a sophisticated audience Strong collaboration and partner leadership skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of partners in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines High energy working style and optimistic attitude [Preferred] SQL/Python/R experience (visualization, data wrangling, statistical modeling, A/B testing, etc.)
