Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Paralegal certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years Paralegal experience, Experience working in a healthcare organization or healthcare-related legal department preferred. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and insurance policies. Strong understanding of contracts, leases, and escrow agreements, particularly in a healthcare context. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other legal or document management software. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to collaborate effectively with both legal and accounting teams. Required: Reliable transportation.
