Job Description

This role involves a combination of administrative, legal, and business tasks, including managing insurance documentation, reviewing and assisting with contracts (leases), handling escrow matters, and supporting legal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal procedures, and financial matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Paralegal certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Paralegal experience
  • Experience working in a healthcare organization or healthcare-related legal department preferred
