Senior Productivity Marketing Manager (B2B)

Position Overview:

The Senior Productivity Marketing Manager will lead, manage, and execute on a best-in-class B2B programs and strategies to drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth. Our B2B customers are professional skincare clinics, med spas, and similar small businesses across the United States. The Productivity Marketing Manager will have a customer-centric and results-driven mindset, seeking opportunities to test and iterate new levers to increase customer growth and loyalty in collaboration with cross-functional partners including sales, marketing, product management, finance, and customer support teams. This role will report to the Director of Growth and Innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Growth & Retention Optimization: Lead channel growth strategy for customer success and productivity, optimizing for LTV and building brand loyalty and advocacy. Develop programs customized for different cohorts of customers segmented by behavior. Build hypotheses and A/B tests.
  • Loyalty & Basket-Building Programs: Drive up the adoption of new and existing products and services (i.e. educational offerings). Develop strategies and plans to improve AOV and product line usage.
B2B Toolkit: Lead evolution of existing and development of new channel enablement tools that support our customers' success in the treatment room and in growing their business. Toolkit includes but is not limited to marketing assets, digital business tools, promotion, client lead generation, and on-going education, support, and community efforts. Customer-Centricity: Develop a deep understanding of channel behavior and motivations and use data to design programs to fit customer needs. Build a deep understanding of the customer through market research and customer insights. Actionable Insights: Track and report on B2B Program Performance and use data-based decision making to recommend strategies to drive company KPIs. Analyze website and customer performance metrics to drive user behaviors.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years B2B and digital/eCommerce experience across marketing, growth strategy, product management, channel sales, or similar functions
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, MBA a plus
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results
  • Creative problem-solver with analytical skillset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Track-record of leading effective cross-functional projects
  • Experience in skincare or related field a bonus

Salary: $120k-$135k plus bonus and full benefits
