**Climate Controlled and super clean****Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k****2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that****Average tenure is 10+ years****Life Insurance****Health, dental, vision, etc.****Bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits****Description:**- Seeking a CNC Lathe Lead candidate to perform full set-ups in a job shop environment.- Candidates will be responsible for training new employees, troubleshooting machines, reading complex blueprints and setting machines up to hold tolerances of +/- 0.0002.- The materials will be a variety of stainless and exotic materials such as stainless, aluminum, inconel, titanium, brass, etc...- Live tooling is a preferred experience.- They have 5 different lathes there with a couple that are dual spindle twin turrets. (Nakamura, Puma, and Doosan)- Will be performing on average of 1 setup per shift, but sometimes it will be more than that depending on if its a new job setup or repeat. As well if it is a complicated part and a long/shorter run. (Sometimes there will be a 4 hour setup for a 1 hour run time)- 100 parts to 5,000 parts sometimes**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**- 3+ years of CNC lathe set-up experience- 2+ years of machining in a medical or aerospace environment holding tolerances of +-.0002- Live-tooling or multi-axis experience preferred- Knowledge of Tooling applications for exotic metals a plus- Ability to read and understand CNC programs and operational layouts as required- Understand tooling requirements to set-up and operate machines in the department, including pre-setting of tools**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
