The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work in our Brooks, KY office. The Administrative Assistant will help provide administrative and clerical support to various departments. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for administrative
excellence/efficiency.
Must have a commitment to ensuring a high-quality work product, while being flexible, approachable and take initiative to get things done efficiently. This position is a long-term opportunity and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
Answering the main phone line and responding to or transferring class as needed
Mailing, emailing, faxing, scanning, and indexing invoices, contracts, quotes, correspondences, purchase orders, manifests, and various supplemental documentation
Preparation and updating of various spreadsheets, service contracts, files, correspondences, and internal memorandums as directed
Creating and printing label templates as needed
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining of employee files
Employee uniform arrangements
Processing credit card receipts and work orders daily
Additional administrative work as needed
Requirements and Skills
Must be experienced with Microsoft software
Must have service experience (worked with field service techs)
Good organizational skills
Dispatch experience
Good communication skills
