We're experiencing significant growth, based on our established reputation for precision work and approach to service. Our manufacturing team is the heart of our operation and we’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic and skilled Toolmaker to join our crew.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machining and toolmaking, with experience in a variety of machining processes and equipment. The Toolmaker will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and tooling according to engineering specifications and blueprints. Additionally, they will collaborate with engineers and project leaders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.

What can you do for us?
Uphold our commitment to delivering quality precision parts, jigs, fixtures and assemblies according to print and on time to our customers.
Enhance our team with your minimum of 3 years of experience as a toolmaker, excluding machine operator role.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in step, technique, and programming efficiencies to optimize production processes.
Quickly develop strategies to approach and execute part manufacturing.
Collaborate with other machinists on complex parts.
Work closely with engineers and project leaders to meet project goals and timelines.
Exhibit self-reliance and the ability to take advice effectively.
Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development.
Foster a team-oriented environment and demonstrate adaptability and versatility in various tasks.
Build and maintain jigs and fixtures as required.
Utilize conversational programming skills, particularly in Mastercam mill, and demonstrate proficiency in Wire EDM.
Welding experience (TIG) helpful but not required.
Machine tool steel with precision and expertise.
Possess manual lathe experience and demonstrate competence in its operation.
Utilize own basic equipment and toolbox to produce parts and tooling with precision and accuracy.
Those with the following should apply:
Experience with 5-axis machining.
Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Proficiency in Mastercam mill 3D.
Toolmaker certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Additional welding experience is a plus.
Ability to work on a laptop and smartphone.
Valid driver’s license and clean record.
High School Diploma or GED
