Key Responsibilities: Strategic Initiatives:

Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic direct marketing initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals. Operational Support:

Oversee day-to-day operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient processes to streamline workflows. Project Management:

Manage key projects from conception to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Team Collaboration:

Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Talent Management:

Support senior leadership in building and managing a high-performing team, including recruiting and professional development. Advisory Role:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on various business matters. Event Planning and Maintenance:

Assist in the planning and execution of direct marketing campaign events, ensuring they align with overall campaign strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience in project management and process improvement. High level of integrity and professionalism.
