CorServ is looking for a Corporate Marketing Associate to create and maintain marketing and advertising material to build brand awareness of CorServ in our target markets and to attract prospects. In this position, you will create graphics, written content, and final marketing products for CorServ’s corporate website, Powerpoint presentations, social media and email campaigns, collateral, advertorials, podcasts, videos, white papers, and conference material.


Responsibilities:

  • Become knowledgeable on CorServ’s turnkey credit card issuing program for community and regional banks.
  • Become knowledgeable on Corsev’s Payment Cards as a Service APIs (PCaaSA)
  • Create graphics, visual development and produce corporate marketing material including Powerpoint presentations, advertorials, collateral, graphics, podcasts, whitepapers, and videos. Experience with associated tools is expected (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, WordPress, etc.)
  • Create and produce content-driven marketing material including associated graphics such as advertorials, graphics, podcasts, videos, whitepapers, and collateral
  • Support client acquisition and retention plans including support of Corserv’s participation at conferences and associated graphics, design, and production for booths, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertorials
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g. social media and email) to build brand awareness and attract prospects
  • Update corporate website with fresh content such as news releases, blogs, awards, podcasts, videos, and articles
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g. website developer, PR Firm) on ongoing activities
  • Coordinate approval process for external marketing communications
  • Assist in our content marketing strategy, working with industry thought leaders to deliver and publish articles, interviews, webinars, digital magazines and videos
  • Manage SEO for the website content
  • Effectively communicate internally and externally with our key stakeholders
  • Provide post-campaign analysis (e.g. Return on investment) and reports


Required Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing preferred
  • Creative graphics design skills including experience with tools such as Abobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Familiar with content marketing and outbound marketing
  • Tech savvy
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms – mainly LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook
  • Good organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
  • Great verbal, analytical and reporting skills


Preferred Skills:

Experience in marketing credit card issuing and/or debit/pre-paid programs to Banks and FinTech prospects.

Experience in managing SEO

  • Experience in website CMS (WordPress) and emailing platform would be an advantage
