The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will autonomously manage all facets of sales and marketing coordination, necessitating a proactive and self-sufficient approach to contribute to the success of our projects.Responsibilities•Sales Support: Handle all aspects of sales support, including order processing, managing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally•Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are addressed in a timely manner•Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from initial request to final delivery, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary•Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, including sales contracts, proposals, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness•Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement•Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences•Sales Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication, seamless processes, and timely delivery of sales initiatives•Sales Administration: Maintain organized sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and documentation, using appropriate tools and systems•Sales Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and sales tools to ensure their success in achieving sales targets•Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectivenessQualifications•High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)•Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management•Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision•Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities•Knowledge of sales principles and practices•Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
