****Position Summary****

The Skyflow product has 3 key pieces: developer facing API (which is the heart of the product), an app for managing security & administration (which provides the greatest value to paying customers) and the underlying platform (which sets us apart in the market in the long run). A key differentiator for Skyflow is our API first approach. As we march towards our high growth wave, we are looking for our first Technical Program Manager to help shape our processes, and product.

The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about building scalable services, comfortable in a flat, fast moving organization, excited to innovate on existing solutions, and focused squarely on impacting the Skyflow product and business. ****Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:****

* Drive planning, implementation & delivery of programs across teams and functional organizations, facilitating relationships across organizations to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources

* Work with Product and Engineering to coordinate, prioritize and deliver roadmaps

* Understand inter-dependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions

* Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality

* Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan with senior leadership

* Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability

****Required Behaviors & Abilities****

* 5 + years of technical program management/product operations experience

* Minimum 2+ years experience & depth of understanding of developer experience and API platform products

* 3 + years of experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery

* Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope

* Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership

* Communication experience and experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products

* Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience

* Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems

* Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
