Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist Inpatient. As a Pharmacist Inpatient, your day-to-day tasks will include pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, compounding, and providing medication therapy management for inpatients. You will ensure the safe and efficient use of medications, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide patient education regarding medication therapy.

Qualifications:

Pharmacy, Medicine, and Pharmacy Practice skills

1 year experience in providing pharmaceutical care and compounding in a hospital setting

Knowledge of medication therapy management for inpatients

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with electronic health record systems

Active Pharmacist license in the state of Montana

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist Inpatient

Day-to-day tasks will include pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, compounding, and providing medication therapy management for inpatients

Ensure the safe and efficient use of medications

Collaborate with healthcare teams

Provide patient education regarding medication therapy
