- Holman Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist to join the Holman family in Vancouver, WA
Within the Accounting Technician role there will be the following support positions within the team: Vehicle Administration, Incentives, Banking, AR, and AP.
What will you do?- Communicate proactively and effectively with others in the company on a regular basis
- Work with vendors to resolve billing issues as needed
- Perform deposit function for multiple entities as needed
- Assist with transactional basis accounting and various reporting requirements
- Scanning and other administrative tasks as needed
- Ability and Willingness to adapt to new technology as we constantly work to improve our processes
- Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft office including outlook and excel
- Dealership experience a plus
- Experience with CDK/ADP a plus

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $16.54 - $22.34 USD per hour.
