THE RGP CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As the Treasury Manager, you will support the CFO in managing cash, and daily treasury operations. You will help with the ongoing development and implementation of new treasury programs that help improve processes and collaboration with partners (such as accounting, finance, etc.) across the organization. You are a self-starter, motivated to drive change and use your financial analytic skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Manage daily bank operations and funding requirements for accounts payable, tax payments, payroll, and other daily needs

Manage, and evolve if necessary, foreign exchange risk management and investment programs and strategies

Manage banking and financial institution relationships

Guide the development of enhanced cash forecasting processes and insights

Help coordinate and prepare support for financial audits while overseeing and ensuring compliance with Treasury SOX controls

Ad hoc tasks and special reporting projects

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree

CTP preferred

5+ years of relevant treasury experience

Experience with treasury management software a plus

Advanced Excel skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
