As an MGA Occupational Therapist (OT), you can expect: Paid Training and CEU Opportunities Personal Tablet for Electronic Charting Mentorship Program No Minimal Weekly Caseload/Visits, 1:1 Caseload Work close to home 24/7 On-Call Assistance Responsibilities : Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to pediatric patients with various challenges (physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, social/emotional deficits) Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs Offer teaching and counseling to patients and their families Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program Active state licensure as required At least 1 pediatric clinical rotation, preferred CPR Certification Valid drivers license and insurance Additional Information About MGA Homecare: At MGA Homecare, we transcend the traditional boundaries of home health services.
