Bachelor’s degree: Major in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in a professional finance position Exposure to Percentage of Completion Accounting preferred but not required Exposure to a manufacturing or job cost accounting environment preferred but not required Exposure to accounting systems, controls, and reporting Experience with ERP, CPM (such as OneStream or Hyperion), and CRM systems in an automation or manufacturing setting strongly desired Positive and professional Highly analytical, proven skills in problem-solving and attention to detail Experience with confidential information (including compensation, restructuring, and M&A) desired Advanced computer software skills; experience with Business Intelligence tools desired Self-motivated and self-directed, with a high sense of urgency and integrity Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
