Universal Energy Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager at Universal Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within assigned territories, driving revenue growth, and developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.

At Universal Energy Solutions, we are committed to providing sustainable energy solutions to our clients. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our energy products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in the energy industry and previous sales management experience are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients and business opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their energy needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of energy solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sales management or territory management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of energy solutions and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
