Territory Sales Manager

At Universal Energy Solutions, we are committed to providing sustainable energy solutions to our clients. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our energy products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in the energy industry and previous sales management experience are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients and business opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their energy needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of energy solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales management or territory management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of energy solutions and industry trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
- Valid driver's license.
