The Marketing Assistant will:

-

  • Create and disburse Constant Contact e-mails.
  • Coordinate and maintain all advertising and PR presence on social media. Create various marketing and informational materials using a design program.
  • Coordinate marketing materials for multiple staff and locations.
  • Function as a liaison with the community for marketing related materials that promote GBB&T. Assist with event coordination including scheduling venues, food, and entertainment.
  • Function as point of contact for staff needing general marketing items such as business cards, promotional materials and brochures.
  • General administrative marketing duties including verifying billing, recording CRA activities and other tracking requirements.
  • Assist with school involvement initiatives in all markets.
  • Order general supplies as needed.
  • Ensure main bank wall displays are seasonally adjusted. Coordinate donation and contribution information for disbursement to staff and our communities using the appropriate channels of communication
  • . Assist HR with the quarterly internal newsletter for publication on the intranet.
  • Review and post the bi-monthly staff newsletter for the President/CEO on the intranet.
  • Post job openings, employment anniversaries and new hires to social media.
  • Create signage for bank doors as needed.
  • Work with bi-lingual staff to create marketing and informational material for our bi-lingual customers. Participate in community activities as needed and any other activities that may arise. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
