The Corporate Trust Middle Office Group Manager for WSFS Institutional Services Division will be responsible for the day- to- day processing of Middle Office activities and assisting the Middle Office Specialists.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Corporate Trust Middle Office Specialists.
Responsible for Registered Transfer Agent (RTA) item processing and account setup, payments, reconciliations and audits, and DTC processing.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC and OCC regulatory requirements.
Handle multiple deadlines and take part in projects when needed.
Lead and assist in development of junior associates.
Review and approve account set ups completed by other Associates.
Act as a subject matter expert on all Middle Office activities including property inquiries.
Be detailed oriented, good with mathematical calculations, able to work on their own within defined parameters, and have high level communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree, preferably in business, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years demonstrated successful track record in Corporate Trust.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required. Knowledge of TranStar is a plus.
Must be proficient with numbers and basic accounting.
Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize workflow.
Must possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exercise good judgement.
Must be able to read, interpret and execute complex payment strategies with Corporate Trust transactions.
Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, clients, customers and the public clearly and concisely.
