Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills. Perform visual checks of the product to assure quality. Multi-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems Identify and correct non-conforming parts. Basic Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Good hand/eye coordination. Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. Demonstrated problem solving techniques. Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years. bility to hold a Security Clearance a plus. Related manufacturing work experience; 1-3 years preferred. Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room. Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). bility to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
