The Opportunity:

As a Fixture Development Supervisor, you will support the Fixture Purchasing and Development team projects through the development and implementation of new fixtures for all TJX brands. You will be responsible for departmental projects and tasks that involve a high degree of complexity.

Lead and develop team of Fixture Development Specialists Collaborate with internal partners on new fixture development and implementation, ensuring project timelines are met. Develop and approve technical drawings and specifications with suppliers, own the ordering, manufacturing, and delivery of prototype fixtures. Complete physical reviews of fixtures to ensure quality, functionality, and compatibility. Document project budgets, provide monthly updates, and validate projected costs. Develop and provide forecasting for Buying Teams upon approval of new prototypes. Create communication & training documents for newly developed projects. Deliver presentations to internal teams, providing developmental support, training, and direction. Provide technical expertise for the Fixtures team as they lead annual bids, including cost analysis, physical fixture review, and approval of technical drawings. Negotiate the cost of fixtures, ensuring alignment with the TJX business model. Initiate opportunities to VE fixtures or procedures to promote efficiency. Who We Are Looking For:

You. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering 4-6 years’ experience in a related field 2 years supervisory/team leader experience preferred. Retail fixtures and construction industry knowledge/experience. Proficient with Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, Project, and other Microsoft Office products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal direction. This position has a starting salary range of $72,100 to $91,800 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
