🔑 What You'll Do:

  • Enter program document data accurately from various sources into our systems.
  • Assess and route calls based on caller intent while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Use online tools and resources to research and update caller information.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
  • Assist customers courteously and professionally, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret data to decide appropriate actions for each case.
  • Produce reports and alert management to any inconsistencies.
🎓 What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs, online tools, and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills to address complex or sensitive issues effectively.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and compliance.
