Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Consult with managers to define hiring needs and develop hiring plans/recruitment strategies
  • Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate job boards/platforms
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g. online, networking, employee referrals)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with the hiring team
  • Extend job offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding new hires
  • Track metrics and provide reporting on recruitment activities, pipelines, and hiring goals
  • Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition
As an HR Generalist at WxTite:
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs related to areas like recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, leaves, compliance, etc.
  • Provide HR guidance and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct workplace investigations regarding grievances, complaints, or policy violations
  • Coordinate performance review processes and make recommendations for performance improvements
  • Support managers on employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and offboarding
  • Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee data and personnel records in HRIS
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
  • Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed
Our ideal HR Generalist will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of combined recruiting and HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization
  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
  • High level of confidentiality, tact, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office suite
