As a Permitting Specialist at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by ensuring all jobs are compliant with local building codes by pulling proper permits. You will report to both our General Manager and Installation Manager and work closely with other Permitting and Operations professionals. What You’ll Contribute In this role, you can expect to: Assemble, process and coordinate necessary paperwork for permits Maintain a high level of customer service to help alleviate family’s involvement when additional signatures/authorizations are required Driving to various municipalities to record and obtain permits Scheduling final inspections and obtaining results Maintain open communication with sales consultants and management to ensure accuracy What It Takes to Succeed At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results.
